Hey has anyong noticed the lack of Axes as quest rewards and lack of Axes from Collectors? I never noticed it before because I generally play casters, but now that I am working a Warrior up I have noticed a severe lack of axes! If you have noticed this too please sign this thread and maybe ANet will improve this shortcomming.

Axes that you get from weapons crafters and collectors are better. There aren't even quest reward items in the later stages of the game.

ummm...did I miss something here...where can you get a weapon "crafted" (ie: made, not counting the weapons guys that add the 20% to an existing weapon that you have) much less where is a collector that has an axe?

Here's the Desert Collectors' List. I don't get weapons from them as I already have good ones:

Also, a few updates back they changed the weapons crafters up a bit, so the one in Droknar's makes a +15% while enchanted max battle axe. It's 5k and some materials but it's worth it.

Ok thanks, since I dont usually play melee chars I was unaware of that Droknar's Axe.
